The START UP PACKAGE sheet has typical initial orders for sno cones concessions. There are many items pictured in the Southern Snow Product Catalog with a description of how it is used. The equipment and the supplies needed for you to open your snocones business is listed as follows:

1. Southern Snow Machine. Drip Pan. Replacement Blade Set. The only option available for the Southern Snow Machine is a 12 volt D.C. motor which requires a 12 volt deep cycle battery as a power supply. Included with the purchase of the Southern Snow Machine are the items listed as follows:

   a) machine tool kit

   b) machine manual

   c) syrup formulation instructions

   d) 3½" diameter funnel

   e) 2 oz. measuring beaker

   f) 5 oz measuring beaker

   g) fifth glass

   h) spatula

2. Sno-Cones Flavor Concentrates. Snow cones operations for special events may need only three to five flavors. Others may want twenty to fifty flavors. Most operations start with twenty flavors - a gallon of strawberry and quarts of the others. Upon request Southern Snow personnel will pick the top 20 or 25 flavors for you.

3. Syrup Dispensers. Use fifth glass bottles with syrup pourers and nightcaps. Order approximately two bottles for each snowcones flavor. Fifth glass bottles are packaged twelve to a shipper box.

Southern Snow has competitive cup, spoon and straw prices. However cups should be purchased locally to avoid freight charges and damage. Consult the "yellow pages" under the classifications: paper cups, ice cream cones or popcorn to locate cup suppliers.

Phone in or mail your order to receive the total dollar amount. Mail a certified check, cashier's check or money order for the total amount to Southern Snow Sales, LLC. Upon receipt of your payment your order will be shipped by motor freight the next business day - "freight collect". (The truck driver will collect the freight amount.)

The check or money order can be sent by overnight letter or the total amount can be wired to Southern Snow Sales, LLC. bank account. The option of purchasing with a major credit card (Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express) is also available.

Orders for snow-cone supplies will be shipped by UPS. Southern SnowSales, LLC. accepts major credit cards (Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Orders shipped C.O.D. are subject to an additional UPS - C.O.D. charge. Orders less than $35.00 are subject to a $5.00 handling fee.
